If you’re looking for a way to get connected to your First Pres family, a Lenten Life group may be a way to start. The groups, which are meeting until Easter, are aimed at getting us more connected to Christ and our church community .

The groups are about real faith, in real life, within real relationships. They’re safe and life-giving. It’s where members and friends, seekers and disciples are welcome. It’s a place to develop faith, ask questions and enjoy being together.

Living out the Christian faith was never intended to be done alone. Not only do we need each other; the truth is, we also are better together than we are separate. God designed us to follow Jesus within the context of friendships.

The Lenten Life Groups will be exploring what it means to live life in light of the cross, based on biblical principles from Sunday’s sermons. The groups are open to everyone, so it’s a good opportunity to bring a friend.

Groups start meeting the week of Feb. 18, but you can join one even if you miss the first meeting. Select one below and contact the group facilitator for more information.
